Connie's Story
I have always been a confident, outgoing person but never thought of doing a photo shoot like this, but when I read up about it all, I fell in love. I recently turned 50 and thought, why not?
Before the day, I initially felt excited and slightly nervous, but Rhian and Darren soon made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Next, I was introduced to Julie, the make-up artist; the whole team is very friendly and professional, and I even had a few laughs. From the word go, I was made to feel incredible.
Having my hair and make-up done was fabulous, I felt so relaxed and enjoyed every minute of being pampered, finished off with a glass of prosecco. What more could a girl ask for?
Julie was so relaxed and ensured my make-up was on point, Rhian did my hair, and between them, they made me feel and look incredible.
Once we moved into the studio, Rhian was there to help advise me on which outfits would work. She showed me how to pose and made me feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I felt absolutely fantastic and felt alive.
When I saw the photos I was amazed at how I looked, even my wobbly bits looked good! I loved so many of my portraits, I decided to purchase wall art and an album. Whenever I feel a little down, I look at my photos and am reminded of what I have achieved and how I felt and feel alive again.
What better way to celebrate my 50th!!
